The simple way to run the Silverlight project is right click on the project and select Run As->Silverlight Web application. This menu creates automatically a Run configuration for this project.

Or user can configure it by hand.

Go to project menu and select Run->Run Configurations...

Or click the Run option at the top of Eclipse IDE, select Run Configurations...

Create a new launch Configuration by clicking the icon, named it "Demo". Then select the Demo as the Start Page. Click Apply.

Click Run button run the applicaiton.
